Welcome to The Pipe, a software service provided by CtrlFPlus Research Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). The Pipe offers users the ability to connect multimodal vision-language models with external data.

By accessing or using The Pipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use The Pipe.

Use of The Pipe

The Pipe allows you to extract data from various documents and webpages for the purpose of integrating with AI models. You are responsible for the data you process through The Pipe and must ensure that you have the right to use that data in connection with The Pipe.

Pricing and Payment

The Pipe offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of these plans are available on our website. Payments for subscription plans are non-refundable, except as required by law.

You may not use The Pipe for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Additionally, you may not use The Pipe in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

The software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and will remain the property of CtrlFPlus Research Ltd. and its licensors. Your use of The Pipe does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.


We may terminate or suspend your access to The Pipe at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Pipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that The Pipe will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

CtrlFPlus Research Ltd. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of The Pipe.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Privacy Policy describes how The Pipe, a software developed and operated by CtrlFPlus Research Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information about you.
